Unreliable Printer with Serious Software Issues This label printer is poorly designed. The label roll doesn’t stay in place and constantly shifts, making printing a hassle. While releasing the label, it always gets stuck. The build quality is cheap, the bigger issue is the software. The driver the company provides comes with a virus, which is a huge security risk. I wouldn’t trust this printer on any device. Stay away! update: tried the app. the app works so I tried to print. This is the worst label printer. tried printing barcodes and it doesnt scan, the print quality is terrible, its very blury.
